Yesterday morning I was seconded by Eurowoman and invited to a delicious breakfast at Orangeriet in King's Garden. We were introduced and presented to the lingerie brands Passionata, Chantelle and Femilet FW 12 collections. And I must say - It was a really good way to start the day.

Erin Heatherton in Elle Russia July 2011 is still one of my favorite series. I would sometimes wish, that everything was so full of contrasts and in all colors -it looks so delicious. I simply must invest in some neon-colored swimsuits for this summer.

There is hardly any doubt that Dior is just as fascinated by the beautiful Brigitte Bardot as the rest of us. And their choice of model in the advertisement, Daphne Groeneveld performs the role very well. But if you really must, then you should see one of the many old movies with Brigitte Bardot starring. One of my favorites is "a Dieu Crea la Femme" in which both action and pictures are really good and where BB gives it the max on the dance floor at a bar.  A really underrated chick flick.

I once read somewhere that one's freckles disappear with age ...Oh noo! It's terrible for me who can't get a tan and whose only summer-weapon is the cuteness effect of my freckles. Well I'm not the only girl that worries about this awful knowledge. I've noticed that more and more "fake" their freckles, or at least help them a little on the way. These facial embellishments were also seen all over the runways SS 12, from D&G to Just Cavalli and Jeremy Scott. And if Mother Nature hasn't blessed you with spottet pigmentation!? Fake it!! Use your eyebrow pen and press it into the skin, some spots harder then others -It will create some depth. Ore go to wiki how and go freckly!

I've been sitting at work and flipping through Marie Claire's big summer runway edition and it's packed with yummy inspiration! I've taken some pictures of patterns and textures and I'm really pro pastels and just mixing all kinds of colors, patterns and textures together in a big messy-summer-way!
